Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Waiting, provided by Henko Technologies LLC, DBA Waiting. By using Waiting, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use Waiting. Waiting may not be available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for following laws that apply to you.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are required to be restricted by law.

Tipping

Waiting allows regulars to tip servers directly using supported payment methods, including USDC on Solana. Tips are voluntary. Network fees, platform fees, taxes, and third-party charges may apply. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Server Profiles And Conduct

Servers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, workplace information, shift status, and tax obligations. Users may not impersonate others, misrepresent workplaces, harass users, commit fraud, or use Waiting for unlawful activity.

No Financial, Tax, Or Legal Advice

Waiting does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or employment advice. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and decisions.

Availability

We may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of Waiting at any time. Waiting is currently focused on Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming, with additional states planned.

Intellectual Property

Waiting, the Waiting name, software, design, and related materials are owned by Henko Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers And Limits

Waiting is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
