Henko Technologies LLC, DBA Waiting, operates Waiting, a direct tipping platform for servers and regulars. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide, including name, email address, phone number, role, state, profile details, workplace details, photos, support messages, and waitlist submissions. When you use the app, we may collect activity such as follows, favorites, shift status, tips, messages attached to tips, referrals, device details, approximate location, and fraud prevention signals.

Payments And Wallets

Waiting supports USDC tipping on Solana. We may process wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, tip amounts, fees, payout status, and compliance records. Blockchain transactions may be public and cannot be deleted by Waiting.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide accounts, profiles, notifications, tipping, waitlist updates, support, safety controls, fraud prevention, compliance, analytics, and product improvements. We may email you about Waiting and you can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate Waiting, including hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment, wallet, compliance, and customer support providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide Waiting, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Some records, including blockchain and compliance records, may need to be retained longer.

Children

Waiting is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
